  I went to Lifemark feeling apprehensive and scared. I was suffering severe symptoms from a concussion. All the staff, Shayne Graham, Nathan, Jennie, etc made me feel welcomed, reassured me of any concerns, gave me guidance to my needs, very informative and showed kindness at any time of my sessions. I have seen much improvement in my health and mental state. thank you to all, I'm so very grateful to you. I have recommend your company to my friends and family. I will be returning later in the year for more therapy on my knee, I feel comfortable and encourage to be furthered educated on how to help prolong the healing process to my leg without needing surgery. This company has great people who are well educated and very caring in their field. Keep up the great work.

  I went to Lifemark in the summer because of an injury on my right forearm. I went in with medium discomfort and difficulty gripping things. I was set up with Shane Graham who assessed me and got to the root of the problem. Shane performed treatments on me which included acupuncture, ultra sound, and some pressure releases. Treatments lasted a few weeks before I was symptom free. I always felt good leaving Lifemark and feel even better now without any recurring issues. Two things I liked about Shane is that he was always timely and was very honest about the amount of treatment I required and when a good time to stop treatment was - no upsell. Lifemark itself was able to schedule times around my schedule and charge to directly to my benefit provider. I would return if required.

  This team of health professionals are all exceptional. All the Physios are very knowledgeable, take one-on-one time with each of their patients, empower their patients to take charge of their health and go the extra mile. Joanna the massage therapist is excellent - effectively manages any injury and helps to keep you moving. The kinesiogists and occupational therapists are great additions to the team and bring unique skill sets to each patient. Not only do they do typical physio and massage they also offer really neat specialty programs - to treat balance, dizziness and vertigo problems, women's pelvic health issues, concussions and cancer rehabilitation. From the time you call or walk in you will be smiled at and welcomed as a family member. There is not where else I would go for any ailment! Recommend them all the time with friends and have never been disappointed.

  I've been receiving Physio and Massage at Lifemark since July 2016 after being in a car accident. Everyone at the clinic from admin staff to those providing the therapy have been extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I've made huge gains in getting to back to my physical capabilities prior to the accident. I highly recommend Lifemark Whitby!
