  I just signed up as a new patient after some issues with my old dentist. I had some small tooth aches so I went in for a new patient exam, x-rays and to get any issues fixed. First, the office seems state of the art. After going to a more old style place for the past decade I was taken aback by the dental technology that exists now. The dentist I saw used the x-ray and a small camera to show and explain problem areas and was able to work on them then and there. The procedure was fine, almost relaxing really. He kept checking on me to see if everything was okay throughout. The only thing that hurt was seeing the bill after, but for the work that was done I'd expect the same from any office. I go by 3 figures now saves 4 figures later. I needed to be numbed on 1 side so after we were done it was hard to tell if I needed anything adjusted. So I went home and put the mouth through the works and set an appointment for the next day for corrections. I'm well aware that dentists are not miracle workers and adjustments may be needed. What separates a good dental office from the rest is how they manage these corrections. I saw a different dentist for my adjustments and we worked together to sort out my issues. Everything was much better afterwards. No fee for the adjustments. During both trips I was never treated as a second class patient for not having dental coverage and even if they were annoyed by my little nitpicks they never showed it. That about all I can ask for. I don't expect perfect but the expectations I had were met. At the end of the day the question is: would I go back? Yes. ** 2017 Update ** I have been in for my second visit with Dr Rohn. I had more issue that needed fixing and the guy is a wizard at getting stuff done. Dr. Rohn patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had and gave an explanation as to why my teeth would be having problems now when they were fine in previous years. I was once again given some price breaks because I don't have a dental plan which really helped out. The staff is great, the work is great and any adjustments needed after putting the mouth through the works for a few days are no charge. I continue to be very pleased with the place.
