- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went in to have filling work done did a very thorough exam the day before to identify all the surfaces on the tooth that needed to be fixed. Next day same dentist performs work but seems shocked that we are fixing 2 major chips on that tooth. According to her those were not discussed the previous day even tho the photos and xrays she took say otherwise. More importantly who would ever go to a dentist but only want half of their tooth fixed? When it was all said and done not all the work I had requested was completed yet bill they gave me reflects more work than what was actually done. After some discussion about this they apologize and say Dr Amira will be more than happy to see me and finish the work at no extra cost. This sounds great but then they only offer me one appointment time which I was unable to attend. All of the sudden their tune changed and now all of they claim to have done no wrong and basically dared me to report them to the college of dentists. Best part is all of this did not happen in person or over the telephone instead they chose to text message me which I found highly strange and their office manager refused to call me. Would love for this matter to be resolved so that I do not have to go through the hassle of having my benefit plan refunded but based on my experience so far I am not holding my breathby Brian ClydesdaleJuly 22, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Daveikis fixed my smile and I absolutely love it. I had some work done by a previous dentist, but I wasn't completely satisfied with it. Dr. Daveikis listened to my chief complaint and was able to transform it into a perfect smile. I am so pleased and am still talking about his work. Not only is Dr. Daveikis great, but his team are all friendly and help to make the trip to the dentist enjoyable. I would totally recommend this office!by Raquelle FDecember 16, 2016
